lol wow, just saw this on a scanner and feel for holders. But thats a cracking deal for sophs.

If they managed to sell out 260 mill odd shares immediately into 0.1c they could just instant freehold 400 million shares..... Plus all the free options.

I know it was probably not an easy sell to try and raise funds, but that right there was a cracker deal. If it was me I would dump out to get my cash back from the CR asap and laugh all the way to the bank to cash the cheque.

Thankyou sir, 400 mil freehold shares. And 663 million freehold options. Cash all back, zero risk.

Id be pissed if I was holding it. Hulk angry level.

And its not even much cash with so many shares on issue I cant see how a consolidation and further CR cant be on the cards soon too.....

Ouch, like from behind without permission ouch.....
