Wow. 20% dilution in 1 go. So you can see the reasoning for the EGM. I wonder how much the underwriter is taking of the $1,2m.

Interesting the offer will be closed before the end of October aka before the latest financials are due. Imo... cynical.

Will I be handing over cash to NOR? Not a chance in hell. Imo, they have proven to be both wasteful and under-achievers.

Be interesting to see how much of his entitlement is taken up by PO. By my calcs he'd be up for $180k+. This, imo, will be the bellwether.
