On what basis could PO possibly be worthy of such a pay upgrade? It cannot be on any financial metrics. This comes at a time where PO's second lot of performance shares have expired. The Performance Shares were, imo, low hanging fruit; particularly the first lot. So PO misses out on his performance shares ergo he didn't perform. But the BoD rewards him anyway with a 60% pay rise.

Seems akin to raiding the last cookies in the jar, imo.

Meanwhile, NOR continues to seek money from the Government and SH's.

So Disco and Holla, give a straight answer, are you guys happy with PO's 60% pay rise? If yes, why?

Seems like an increased wage of 60% is supporting that the future is fruitful!Mabye in the near future we will think Po deserves more!But correct he needs to produce very soon to gain respect.Being underwritten once again shows things are progressing and they have all intentions with recent sales executives appointed to start printing money!
