You might not be interested in that thread, but reading it will give you a clue as to why I'm a bit over answering underlining & bolding questions.

Yes - I underlined that sentence in the extract.  

No - I did not bold any sentences in that extract.

The underlining (by me) was highlighting what I thought was the most important (IMO) sentence in the whole article - that is why I underlined it. I tend to do that in my posts.

The ability to dig it up, crush it, bag it and ship it off is not something you can do with graphite for other applications, which generally have to be "manufactured" to an end user's specification.  

No doubt Robin's comment...."So it was surprising there was little market reaction to the new"...also highlights his thoughts on this.
