Yeah, way back in 2021 they did “forget” to engage the local government. It was a sh1t storm that could have derailed the whole thing.

interesting Reuters writeup this morning, everything else I have seen has just been a bot type re-hash of the announcement. This provides some infill of next steps.
I find it strange that Keith Phillips has not spoken to “the chair of the county board of commissioners” since that ill thought out period in 2021. You’d think you’d learn and keep that group close given now you have to still go back to them to get approval for re-zoning.
