Oh and BTW @philh9 no one on this AVB is asking for regulators to protect us. All we're asking for is they ensure fairness (level playing field) and transparency.
So I find your comment "oh oh if only the regulators could protect us we could all be rich" a bit of an insult.
Anyway, the nature of OZL "working with" AVB for the past 3 years is NOT known to us and never will be. When companies keep information confidential it should be for keeping an edge over the competition, it should be for the benefit of the company which means beneficial to shareholders. When information are kept secret and then we get a lowball T/O from a predator who's been "working with" the BoD for 3 years - whatever the nature of that working relationship is - and the T/O benefits the directors (their options) you can't call conspiracy theories rubbish. They treated us like mushrooms. What do you expect us to think?
