Does this still fit the 'off market takeover' description and where is 'truth in takeovers'? Will AVB be delisted before the 2 Gs released their 'Ceasing to be a substantial holder' notices (and therefore no longer required)?
I noted @philh9 promised me in another threat that when all is done and dusted we'll know the truth. I'm eagerly anticipating that 'truth' to be revealed.
"...the market forces and bla bla bla ..." yes, there's the open market which we participate in and there's a dark shadowy market where somethings are just n/a. And all of that together is being referred to by some as 'the market'. Some will say (like KK does) 'it's just business'.
