As I previous posted in quarterly:
Looking at T Rowe Price Substantial Notice change in 2nd March they listed a holding of 5.76% with 62,705,374 shares. At the bottom of the notice they listed the registered Holders of the shares. State Street Bank & Trust Co was listed as being the person entitled to be registered as holder of 60,528,813 shares. The other holders were Bank of New York Mellon 2,101,455 and JP Morgan Chase 75,206.
The previous notice on 22nd February showed State Street Bank with 73,745,650. This would indicate our major sell down is maybe more related to world wide banking problems rather than TIE problems.

Additional:
By my estimation State Street bank has at this point sold of 5% of TIE's shares at ~1.4M shares daily. IMO due to readily available large buys available between 51cents and 50cents yesterday and now today 2M shares readily available to sell into, 51.5cents may be the limit of their selling price. With potentially 4% or ~40M holding still to sell, if it is their intent to sell all, we are likely to see a depressed share price for a further 30 trading days. The interesting thing is they are all being sold on market with 5% already being sold so far no change of increase in substantial holding has been filed!
