It's probably related to their interest in the research institute that announced a possible treatment for some forms of cancer a few days ago. I can't remember the details of the research findings nor whether CSL part owns the group involved or is just a partner (I think it was the latter) but it certainly sounded good enough to make the share price go for a bit of a run.
