In PFS, EML didn't acquire a company, it acquired a cancer which has metastasized into this mess. This dragging on for another year doesn't bode well for confidence moving forward. Shorters are the only ones profiting here.
It's amazing how "will" pushes a share price up only 3% whereas "may" pushes it down 20%.
