"For me without serious buyers..." and then "...SOI is not an issue".
Has it occurred that the large SOI is the reason there are no serious buyers? We have had six months of positive announcements and a rising Cu price and we are still stuck below the 8 cent CR price. Oh wait some will cry...we have gone from sub 6 to 7 cents.
Why on earth were we ever that low???
This claim by a few rusted on true believers that SOI is meaningless is bordering on denial. On nearly every other stock forum the general consensus is yes dilution is at times the only source of funding but best avoided if possible.
Why did management originally try to fund with debt rather than dilution? If SOI doesn't matter then lets just issue another couple of billion shares to get PB and this gold distraction up and running.
No....for a new investor they would see 2.5 Billion shares and the fact AVB will have to issue more or take on debt to get either PB or Centro up and running. Scattered resources all other the shop each requiring its own one off infrastructure...no economies of scale here that's for sure.
That is why IMO there is no volume thus interest in AVB. It also will explain why any positive ann is quickly sold into as holders have decided the opportunity cost is just not worth it.
Over and out until next week
