So put even more simply, OZL's proposes to acquire AVB (and all its projects) for the price of roughly only 1 X multiple of EBITA from CentroGold alone.
It therefore ignores the entire copper resource (which is in excess of $1M tonnes of Cu).
It ignores the Antas Copper mine which is in production and with resource upgrades pending. Upgrades pending across all of the projects actually.
Sounds very cheap and great buying by OZL if they can get it. The problem with being too cheap though is that someone else may get under your guard and be happy to pay a figure which more accurately values the assets.
