Suggest if we get bad news on Centro this may give OZL a get out option but they may not choose to enact it as they see value in PB and Pantera and Antas.
And maybe they will exit the deal, who knows?
Suggest if we get good news on Centro then offer will be all systems go. And then if we get a better offer they will even consider uping their existing offer
Suggest if we get no news on Centro they will probably still go ahead with the offer.
