If correctly reported, this change of course is concerning.  Why would a recruiter want to adopt a less profitable platform?  The recruitment business model  (commissions 3 - 5 times higher than NVOI) depends on  providing a personalised service in order to differentiate itself from algorithms. 

 

Props to the board for  conceding that new focus is required, however this report  smacks of a company that has strategically lost its way.
