IMO this is a crap announcement by BPL which surreptitiously acknowledges their screw up with the TJV. Reading between the lines I see, “we are going to need more cash” so I reckon a CR is now on the horizon. I get so sick of these numptys and their huge shareholder funded salaries which they get for being “incompetent” or not.
