When upper management/board move on its rarely a disruption.. the day to day business continues.. JH is not actively involved on a daily basis.. so imo good move and i don't see any disruption just a nuisance to recruit... should Derek be next .... imvho there is sufficient skills onboard now to allow Anteo to continue with minimal if any disruptions while a replacement is found...
Fundamentally nothing has changed expect the expected timelines to commercialisation (yes i know its a bug bear for some time) have been pushed out somewhat but the work they are doing is relevant, has a competitive advantage in the market and is market leading... that's 3 big ticks..
Now its time to shine and get some signatures on the dotted line !
