I find it amusing that we worry so much about credentials /...

I find it amusing that we worry so much about credentials / qualifications and less about ability and skill set. Someone care to post the credentials of every board member over the past 5 years and compare it to the results the company has produced.

Some of the most 'credentialed' people are expensive passengers in a business. I have seen it numerous times where they think a Phd means they are gods gift to business only to get a big fat salary and move on every 18 months or so when accountability comes knocking.

Matt has not only put his money where his mouth is but has also stepped up and doing something about the dismal company results. What else could the guy have done?

I don't know him very well but just going by the recent communication he is making a difference. I think JH wrote a perceived lack of shareholder communication in the Chairmans address............ Does any current shareholders think it was acceptable?
