I reiterate all new directors should be given a fair go or at least 12 months to prove their metal. Big deal if Matt lacks qualifications and used to stack boxes at a Dairy. Give the bloke a go. Past directors including a major celeb Bouris had qualifications and look how they went! Quals aren't the be all and end all.
