I just did a calculation on what they did here. So it appears they some a number of shares around 22c mark which isn't too bad, despite a loss from 30c issued.

They then sold some around the 18c, 13.3c and 12c mark which is kinda lucky looking at where the share price of INP is going.

The latest sale at 12/2/2019 averages at over 7.9c per share, based on what is recently happening.

So looking at the last quarterly, they said they had $155k end of December, which I just calculated all the share sales they did up until then total $181,294, so they burnt $26,294 in brokerage fees, admin fees, and director salaries.

As I mentioned in previous posts, the board should have winded up the company and issued the INP shares to us directly. We could have sold at 30c and moved on from there. But we had to have these clowns manage it for us at a very closely cost.

Lets hope this acquisition they make is a good one and makes the stock fly like hell otherwise the board are a bunch of f wits.

Lets hope its a backdoor listing for businesses like Canva or Showpo.
