I think the biggest risk is they lose HX over there, from the most dramatic forceful scenario, to a legal framwork meltdown set up by their US counter parts, the amount of potential fiancial value in HX is too great to quantify at this stage, thus the LTD's comment from the other thread on Mike saying if things go wrong they need make sure their personal exit is covered, in a way, that resonates the high risk of this US trip.
Things could go extreme either way, even more likely on the good end, but there is the other end there!
