Well I guess this must explain some of the dumping and swings in the share price lately especially under the London listing. Standard Life is dumping their holdings so until that is done or a game changing announcement it seems the share price will be stuck around here for a while.
Although if Standard Life is dumping who are the mystery buyers on the other side of the transaction. I can't imagine it is all retail investors considering the mess OEX is in.
