Jihad Malaeb is prominent on Google and Facebook. He is not shy. Even his previous change of interest has been listed on Google for some reason. He has followed Soc and Force continuously and put a lot of cash in as can be seen. I would say he would be prominent in the recent board change for some reason which is important for shareholders to know.

I guess we'll have to wait until Tuesday to find out what's going on and who gets control. Mark Darras and Stephen Smith balanced control of the board and restricted Glovac from making moves that happened in the past with his then support. Now Mark Darras and Stephen Smith have been checked out with proxy votes – time will tell if they've been checkmated...
The interest for us is in who the new directors are, what are their backgrounds and what is happening with the current plans.
