Once S/H have a local trading acc with them, and have xferred HIN shares into the domestic account and also opened up an international account, talk to the global markets team and they will send you an internal form : Share transfer form. with instructions on how to alter it.
There are sections of this form that are pre-filled and *you have to cross out and enter other details* as they do not have a specific form for outgoing transfers like this.
Print, alter, fill in rest,sign, scan, email back and await conversion.
