so much for drake actually being the holder, the trust has sold a large part of its gift from drake for cash - which should put to rest that it was merely a drake transfer and they still
Controlled the shares

they have sold



but still have a lot left nearly 100 m

they sold to individual in Texas Mr fallice with closing adjustments to be made subject to a valuation done which was annexire c I think but that’s blank

interesting as at the date of this sale purchase agreement it states Mr fallice held 25485616 shares

Why is that interesting, because if you look at the resent top 20 shareholders in bbx from its annual report 2023- you don’t see an individual under that name listed and you only needed 3 m shares to get on that list a few months ago- so assume perhaps he is new shareholder who has been buying up perhaps the rre pivot story whilst the biggest shareholder has essentially dumped about half its gift it received at a vastly higher price- odd timing don’t you think considering yet again it’s on the verge of rre pgm gold greatness

perhaps they will sell him or others the remaining?. Probably could have realised materially More for their holding for charitable purposes if it sold just Some of the shares when it spiked to seventy cents and promptly Collapsed to finish at 50-but they held all the way down here and still holds nearly 10o m- unlucky moves by them- is this a serious overhang?
