He is very well aligned with share holders . The low dilution over many years of a non producing energy company shows that .
I hope this business makes him very wealthy because if it does his share holders will share that wealth .
Many CEO's get very well remunerated through salary and share rights without ever putting their own money at risk by buying shares and make repeated raises at continually lower prices to keep the gravy train going .
That is not the situation here .
