No. This paperwork shows the dilution of shares held by two major shareholders. A combined 12 million plus freeby shares I believe. They are escrowed until mid this year then party time. They can sell.
Be interesting to see how much each spends in the upcoming SPP. On past form you’d say NOTHING!
