    So: Somers is stuck out for 6 months unless making a takeover offer.

    But from management's perspective, now is a relatively easy time to raise funds, because Somers would likely be willing as it's the only other way for them to buy more.

    But management would have the usual aversion to diluting their/our holdings further, unless it was necessary.


    If the large holders were diluted, then it would be relatively cheap for them to participate now.


    I was/am thinking the raisings are behind us, since the directors will not want their large holdings diluted more. Last time, only 1 of the 2 had enough cash to contribute meaningfully. Would they have enough further cash ready to participate now? And the company felt more stable recently.
