Correct, absorbed whomever needed out and didn't crash the SP by loading up the offer and then crashing the price.
Imagine that, this board would have filled up with all the conspiracy and panty p!ssers carrying on.
This was neat and tidy placement. Yes at a discount but better than what the seller would have received otherwise, with the low liquidity on the stock.
