And always leads to the worst speculative theory reflecting in the SP.

1. He may be buying a new house
2. He may be converting options (you've all been told too)
3. He may be using those shares to pull back the price to buy more
4. He's the only member of the board jumping ship he has insider info that the others all don't including the professor's.

I think the market will pick #4 SELL SELL SELL ABANDON SHIP
