'Cash' and her 'salary package' is two different things. You need cash to buy shares. She's on 400k p/a, so when you take this into consideration she's invested 32% of her annual earnings back into the company. Not sure what you guys are whinging about. There's not many CEOs that have this much skin in the game.
She's clearly aligned with the rest of us, and no doubt wants a higher SP and or dividend at some point.
