I would say that it is publicly available and would have no impact on us submitting.

IMO, I expect to see an announcement confirming our submission has been lodged next week.

Then see a little move in the share price into the 9s, before approval comes in early next year followed by a string of announcements and share price movement regarding the de-risking.

the reality is we have to be invited to submit... hopefully that is next week but it could be next month... our Board has no control over when the initiation will be received.
