I don’t mind this appointment, at least he will be over the issues,
Also he has bought some shares, something Grimshaw never did,
The way I see it is the company should do a buyback on all the small unmarketable share holdings, clean the register up, then either look for a buyer for the whole company or take it private,
Muddling along like they are is not the solution.
I have not met any of the major shareholders so I can not judge to their competence, but they allowed the company to nearly fail once, yes it wasn’t on their watch but it happened while they watched on, so maybe they are good at nuts and bolts , but not the corporate stuff, I was hopeful that Grimshaw could have made a difference, alas this was not so.
