Yes, very important and promising drill campaign is pending in Kalpini, but ARL hands are really tied at the moment with Goongarrie hub. At least looks like this campaign is not undertaken this year, my best guess would be H1 next year. But there is something major to wait for - one hole showed 18.82% NiS and over 5% of copper for 0.6m. So, in that drill campaign at least 52 RC holes and 6 diamond holes are planned - around 210m for each RC hole and around 500m for each diamond drill hole.

I don't think it would be major financial burden and we shouldn't be worried about heavy cash burn. But let's calculate approx cost and time lapse.

1) Each RC hole will be ~ 210m. If rig is up and running, it should take about 1.5 days to complete this hole (Conservative view, surely not longer). ARL probably have to pay for fuel as well and let's again assume that maximum maximum won't exceed 1200 litres diesel per day, which makes 1800 litres diesel per hole.

According to my best acknowledge - One 210m RC drill hole should cost ARL around 18 000 $. Just in case, let's round it up, so we get number it shouldn't exceed - 20 000$.

So, for RC holes it would cost 1 040 000 $ bucks. Time lapse would be around 2.5 months for one rig, but I'm sure more than one rig will be deployed.

Diamomd hole is very expensive, especially 500m or more, but shouldn't exceed planned RC cost. Let's calculate.

Cost per diamond drill meter goes up after 250m. Now it's bit tricky, because in underground are electrical drill rigs. I don't about fuel consumption on surface diamond drill rig, but all in all shouldn't exceed 120 000$ ( Conservative view again). For 6 holes it would be 720 000$.


This drill campaign would cost maximum 1.75 mil, which is really low compared to significant drill results we get from there. Kalpini will be absolute gem and I'm also waiting for Perrinvale furure drilling. Unfortunately we don't have gold rights there.
