Since Mark Vogts joined the board in Late 2016/early 2017 from memory, I have estimated he has received approximately $250,000 in Wages as either a non executive director and in his current role for the past 5 months as Managing Director.

However during that time he has purchased approx $900,000 of Magnis shares USING HIS OWN MONEY.
He has not received a loan from the Company, but rather is so bullish about its prospects moving forward he sees the future value proposition.
