Very unusual to see such a big sell down by an incumbent executive Chairman (70% of shares in the last 15 months). Often executive directors accompany such announcements with explanations (tax requirements, divorce settlement etc.), no explanation here! Hard for a biased shareholder to spin a good story around this. Register is wide open though and surely board changes to come.
