In light of the CEO selling the bulk of his shares under opaque circumstances, perhaps page 11 of the half yearly report released 29/2/2024 requires further clarification from CCO to shareholders.
This is not a standard comment in a half yearly. It is there for a reason - disclosure and ass covering.
I brought this up at the time but fell on deaf ears.
