Been with 4 DS for many years and still hopeful there will be a place for the technology
It won't however be storage class memory as originally envisaged
Thought I would have another look at the 4DS website to see if it cuts the mustard
It doesn't--- full of misunderstandings of where the memory market is heading and alternatives that have been developed over the last few years
Segment market amounts are different throughout the site
There are now alternatives to Nand flash which are being commercialised which are substantially better than Flash on all metrics, including price. And they can scale below 22nm
4DS seem to be looking at just what they have and not where the market has progressed to in the last few years
If you want to get a better understanding of Reram look at the WBT website
It is a competitor in some sense, but offers a far more professional approach and market understanding than 4DS management does
