I think we can say that the BOD have done a fantastic job in getting Chatree back up and running, given the headwinds they have faced since 2016.
Looking forward, capital management will need to be a focus, as their performance 2010-2016 was woeful.
I would recommend a focus on returning capital to shareholders, either by dividends or buybacks. We can argue about the pros and cons of each. One thing is certain, they should try and avoid acquisitions, given past experience.
