My comment was more on how I have seen in the past, these sort of rapid liquidity needs shows that the person in question often hasn't really distributed their wealth into liquid channels. To me that shows fiscal irresponsibility and while yes, there may be a good reason, there are very very few examples I have seen to refute this.

I agree with all situation isn't good however - great opportunity for the company to condense the share registry - company should buy the shares and cancel them- takes 130m out of the market . Cost $2.5m approx depending on the price .
