perhaps we did what we said we would for them with our inhouse anode ... then they tried to play hard ball for a deal and we said not thank you ... now they just trying to get a preview of the patent to see how it all works (as its not publicly avaiable yet well i couldnt find it anywhere as still labelled pending).. but they def they sure have sour grapes... who knows
