For someone who seems quite knowledgeable you seem a little confused with these options conversion. These options came attached with CR back when MEI raised money to go for the gold in Juruena. Those who provided funding back then received these for the risk they took. And it’s not like these are completely free. MEI will build on their decent cash balance with these to continue their journey in Caldeira.
There’s 19m more options left. Are you going to come back and complain again when those are converted too?seems a bit strange to be doing that considering you don’t hold any MEI stock right now.
I think most of these option holders were instos. And my only concern is if the SP being kept up above 20c was so that these instos could unload their shares after the conversion at certain profit level. Am I being paranoid?
