Those performance rights were issued with the Caldeira project acquisition. 75m to the previous owners and 75m for the mgmt and employees. KPI on those performance rights were already set when they were issued and I think it's pretty much guaranteed mgmt will received those by 2025 (JORC inferred 100mt @ 2500ppm). Very soft targets when you look at it now but back then shareholders were just happy to have an exciting new project to make much fuss about those targets.
