"Over the past quarter, Norwood has been developing relationships with two significant telco vendors (Oracleplus one other vendor) whose offerings complement Norwood’s World Voicemail solution. Both of theseparties have responded very positively to Norwood’s recent telco voicemail contract win, demonstrating agenuine intent (from Norwood’s perspective) to strike go-to-market deals with Norwood to address the telcovoicemail network upgrade market opportunity.

Norwood expects both of these relationships to evolve into formal partnership structures over the course ofthis current quarter, with very positive discussions advancing during the month of January 2019 to date."

They missed the Q1 deadline they set for themselves. But we forgave that because maybe, just maybe it'd land this quarter. As this quarter enters it's final 25 business days, they better hope they land a formal partnership as hyped in their January 4C. The Spark contract gave a ray of hope to holders; maybe this company isn't incompetent, maybe they can make money. Disappointingly, they have been unable to deliver any further deals, even though they hyped two would evolve into formal partnerships in Q1.
