"Without liquidity the business is at risk via a lack of ability to raise capital" - Yes because almost all of the previously raised capital over at least the last decade never resulted in selling product in the marketplace for generating some constant/periodic return on capital (i.e. liquidity) in order to at least partially offset the constant raisings and stock dilutions needed for only company survival. Akin to academics living entirely off the government tit with no onus on delivering a timely payback.
