There seems to be a number of smoke signals pointing to massive sulphides down EIS3 hole.

1. Two employees covert around 630,000 odd options at 30 cents (could have waited another 2 months) to fill company’s buffers.
2. Only raise a minimum amount in last CR to avoid excessive dilution.
3. As you mentioned - using words like ‘Compelling’ target. They know pretty well that this hole disappoints then out goes their theory and company will find very difficult to raise more cash (leaving very little room to manoeuvre to project failure as success).

5. Going to London and presenting to institutions and international investors indicate that they are looking for serious capital and not $4 to $6 million which they can raise locally. Also to raise serious capital they will try to minimise dilution by having a high share price - that can only be achieved by EIS3 success!
