To get the finer details you really need a subscription to a news or a data provider. It's possible to just use the newc price and a realisation of about 85% for 5500... but it's never easy if you want more details. The met prices are far more opaque and realisations are generally based from PLV prices..
For what it's worth I use thecoaltrader.com and find its analysis and pricing to be worthy of a subscription. No affiliation, just a happy coal punter who enjoys reading the articles and analysis provided. Fully recommend and value for money.
