Want to know thoughts of those who have researched this one a bit more than I have. Seem to have a lot of resources in the ground and could make for a potential takeover target (++positive).
But my question is the market cap around $40 million this morning and they are only set to produce around 30k ounces p.a until 2019!? then a possible (only) 50k ounces p.a from 2019 onward??(--negative)
Seems pretty low, and can't see how they'll have the cash flow to expand and really ramp up, absent a spike in POG. Is there opportunity to really ramp up to 100k oz's next few years?
