79m new shares will be issued on 26th. Going to put more pressure on the SP when these are issued.
If the funds were being used for an acquisition or something to grow the company it would be ok. But it it's just mostly for wages other expenses.
The only positive if any is management timed the placement perfectly 1 day before the btc price drop as the SP would have pulled back anyway making the placement less inviting.
