ACCC and Sydney Airport already has a stoush few years ago regarding fees. This approval will just put ACCC price control mechanism out the window as this consortium can file another case thereby compelling ACCC to using higher required return in their model and then ultimately
approving fees increases sooner than expected.

If the board is recommending it, they are out of their minds.

This played out mostly to what I thought it would be.

Airline CEO feared fees gouging. ACCC was going to turn on their microscope.

It did benefit Unisuper as their investment has gone up by themselves
bidding on it. Corporate politics.

I had SyD in my super fund and sold it out yesterday.

I like how PE is pushing asett value up in Aus by bidding mindlessly. I have some stocks in the UK and wished they did the same there.
