Something funny going on with this one. Ive watched it closely since the gap up and EVERY run is met with HUGE selling that stops the run in its tracks. But the price has stabilised with the 4.1c double bottom and still well up on todays close.
Likely scenarios:
-loose register with major stale holders from 2c and lower dumping their entire holdings for 1 bag gain after languishing for song
- larger players holding the price down to accumulate at 4-5c
Not sure but given the FA i have the feeling this is just like MBN, particularly given the volumes going through and the way the price has held up despite those volumes.
Who knows but one to watch for sure. Personally i took profit at 5.6 today after holding from 5 all the way down to 4.1. Will be reentering once the reason for the selling is clear.
